The Secret Life of Pets: Fun voice cast, clever gimmick. This was a very fun little movie. ***3/4
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping: It doesn’t have legs for an hour-and-a-half but that is the only not good thing I will say about this movie because otherwise it should go down as the modern day Spinal Tap. ****
Moana: A great Disney movie – fun characters, a lot of heart, and beautiful animation. Have songs always solved every problem in every Disney movie though? Have I been missing this? ****
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story: A little slow, a little bleak, but lots of fun stuff here: Felicity Joins, Alan Tudyk as a Droid, VADER. ***1/2
Doctor Strange: Probably the worst Marvel movie. Lots of EFFECTS~! and though Cumbertbatch is kind of perfect in the role it’s so well done that it becomes apparent the role can’t really carry a whole movie. **
