Take Me Home Tonight: A delightful little movie, though one you can tell why it got delayed for so long. Regardless, they pulled something decent out of the footage they had. Getting the song rights helped. ***1/4
No Strings Attached: Ashton and Natalie are havin’ a good time and their sidekicks – Mindy Kaling, Greta Gerwig, Jake Johnson, and LUDACRIS – are better than most sidekicks from rom-coms. ***1/4
Just Go With It: A very modern Sandler flick, with some good gags here and there but a dumb plot that makes no sense. Plus his character is kind of more of a dick than usual in this. **1/4
Hall Pass: A genuinely funny movie with some surprisingly great analysis on marriage. Not what I expected at all, but really good. Great cast too. ****
Gulliver’s Travels: This movie had such a nice message that I can’t hate on it too much, but it’s too goofy to pack a punch. Jack Black is at an 11 and not in a good way. **
