The Comedian: Stop making movies about comedians where actors play comedians. De Niro is De Niro, but nothing feels authentic, including De Niro dating Leslie freakin’ Mann. *3/4
My Scientology Movie: Louis Theroux doesn’t get any help from Scientology on his documentary about Scientology, so he casts actors to make his own Scientology movie based on transcripts. Great concept, and a crazy interesting look at Scientologists doing their creepy thing. ****
